try shooting at a lower framerate. You may be having a USB 1.1 / USB 2.0
issue?

Is it every frame, or just the first frame, or what?

I shoot at 5 and 10fps. With an 8”, I don’t have enough light coming
through to shoot 1/15sec frames.

It only sees serial *long exposure* modifications. It’s fine with both
my Logitech 3000 (now gone) and my NexImage, both USB cameras. You have
to give it exclusive access to the camera (nothing else can have the cam
open, so close Max, etc.). And you have to twiddle the “Camera” (I
think) menu a little bit.

I was hoping that there would be a quick google answer to this but I
haven’t found one. I dunno. Does the SSSSI act like a regular webcam?
Did you have to install a driver?

You’d think that since K3CCDtools is the de facto solar system imaging
standard, that if the S^4 didn’t work, there would have been major hue

and cry. But I dunno. twiddle the “Device” menu.
