I need to set my safety limits. The problem is, I’m not sure where to
set them; too conservative and I can’t reach certain parts of the sky.
Too liberal and the scope is OK for certain DEC but will hit for other DEC.
Also, as demonstrated by the polaris-to-aldebaran slews, it’s sometimes
OK in one direction but bad in the other (which is obvious when you see
it happen, but difficult to describe. It has to do with which axis
completes its slew first…).
I’m all confused.
