I’ve found that imaging galaxies is tough because the objects are so tiny.
A few thoughts.
1) See what happens if image size is set smaller. I assume it’s some kind
of 2×2bin, which might help pick up more light in less time (at the expense
of image scale, but these things are hiding in the center of the frame
anyway…)
2) Try ISO 800 instead of ISO 200
3) keep NR OFF if possible; only affects the corner of the image
